NOTE: Meals and snacks are not covered in funded hour places. Parents and carers should provide a packed lunch for their children or we can provide lunch for an additional charge. If you think you are eligible for a funded place, you can check here.
POINTS TO NOTE:
- We are closed for all UK Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays, in line with standard School Term Dates. You can find school term dates in the Useful Links section at the foot of this page.
- There is a minimum 3-day week booking policy.
- All payments must be made in advance of sessions. This can be either weekly every Monday or monthly on a set date.
- If times cross over both session times then the full day fee will be charged.
- We charge a late payment fee of £5 per day for all late payments.
- All payments include breakfast, meals and snacks.
- We close at 5.30pm every Friday.
WRAPAROUND CARE
Wraparound Care is available for both 15 and 30 hours Funded places. Times are either 7.00am – 9.00am or 3.00pm – 6.00pm.

Out of School and Holiday Clubs are open 50-weeks of the year and covers lots of schools across the Sunderland South area. During term time we offer morning care including; breakfast before school, school drop offs and school pickups with after school care.
During the school holidays, other than the 2-week holiday when we close for Christmas, we offer daily care for all children aged 5 and above from 8.00am until 5.30pm, where we also provide meals and snacks.
